THE PUNJAB STATE COOPERATIVE LABOUR AND CONSTRUCTIONFEDERATION LTD.
For the better implementation of the New- 20 point programme the Punjab Govt. has granted concessions to the Coop. L/C. Socieities for a period of 5 years i.e. up to 13th August 2024 vide its Notification No. 76/52/79.C.I(V)/8856 dated 04.11.2019 and it is marvellous success of this Federation in the successful achievement of this programme for examples:-
- All unskilled works upto any value and skilled works uptoRs. 60.00 lakhs have been got reserved for L/C. Societies only with the ceiling rates so fixed from time to time.
- To organize a meeting on 25.9.2019 with Hon’bleCooperation ministerof Punjab.
- There will be no earnest money for the skilled works up to Rs.6.50 lakhs. The Societies will deposit earnest money at the rate 25% of the rate prescribed by the department for all skilled works up to Rs.13,00,000/- and at the rate 50% of the prescribed earnest money by the departments to all skilled works above Rs.13,00,000/-. There is no any bank guarantee or security deposit from the cooperative labour &construction societies.
- The L/C. Societies are exempted from payment of Licensing fees.
- Payments are to be made to L/C. societies every fortnightly.
- The Labour Cooperatives are to be given preference for machinery and equipment on hire basis by the Department.
- Copies of the tender notices are to be sent to Distt. Coop.L/C. Unions and concerned Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies.
